Whittlebury Hall

-Alex & Claire-

December 2018

Such an amazing day at the stunning Whittlebury Hall for this pair of gorgeous people

Winter Wedding at Whittlebury Hall

Having met this couple at their friends wedding I had already discovered that Alex was, in fact, my long lost brother. Family is hugely important to the both of them and along with their little one they absolutely smashed it. They chose one of Northamptonshire\’s best wedding venues, Whittlebury Hall  and good golly this place is beautiful in the winter.

Ceremony at The Orangery

Claire had her bridal prep in the orangery and later on Alex and his groomsmen arrived to get changed and get nervous. Claire had her girls in attendance, the atmosphere was suitably excited and they had so much fun getting ready for one of the biggest moments in Alex and Claire\’s life. The orangey is simply a stunning setting for a wedding ceremony, especially when they\’re played in by the legendary Lincoln Noel (this guy is amazing and his presence and words during the ceremony genuinely added to the moment).

Photography For the Cool Kids

After the ceremony there was a coffee, hot chocolate and mince pie van. Bride and Grooms getting married in the winter months, this was epic, you have to get one. They used Sean Harper at Really Awesome Coffee and the caramel hot chocolate was next level good (I had to try for review purposes of course.) The afternoon light soon disappears in December so we went for a little walk and the couple smashed their photos, two of the coolest kids you could wish to photograph. It\’s probably my favourite part of the job; providing these images for couples like this, the couples that you can\’t help but love, the ones who clearly put each other (and the little one!) first.

If you\’re getting married at Whittlebury Park, get in touch and let\’s chat about your wedding photography
