It was my first time visiting Pendrell Hall and walking into the venue you get a sense of just how beautiful this place is. Everything is spotless, I think the cleaners have some ocd issues! Those stunning views really do wow the guests too.
PENDRELL HALL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Mrs Nixon and her squad got ready at Eleven Hair Salon and then headed back to Pendrell Hall to finish of the preparations and put that all important dress on. Bridal prep was full of laughter and excitement and Mrs Nixon was totally chilled all morning… Mr Nixon however! I’m joking of course (kind of), Mr Nixon was raring to go, it took him around 3 minutes to get ready and therein lies the problem… too much time to get nervous. He was surrounded by friends and family in one of the cottages at Pendrell Hall and from the empty bottles left from the night before I think they had a great time!
Outdoor or Indoor Ceremony?
Mr and Mrs Nixon wanted an outdoor ceremony but the weather forecast wasn’t having any of it, but the forecast couldn’t have been more wrong and the decision to have an outdoor ceremony was made just minutes before Mrs Nixon walked the aisle. It turned out to be a gorgeous afternoon and they looked like they had an awesome time saying ‘I do’ at their outdoor ceremony. The weather however wasn’t playing nicely and threatened rain throughout the drinks reception, but it never came! We had already scheduled group and couple photos to later in the day and I’m so glad we did as it was beautiful.
The speeches and reception arrived and the dance floor got more and more packed, with Mr and Mrs Nixon showing their guests how it’s done. It was a great atmosphere and everyone had an awesome time. Including me!!
Thank you both, I had a blast!!
