Stylish Summer Wedding
There’s something about a black tie wedding at Crockwell Farm that feels effortlessly elegant. The formal suits and classic black dresses paired with the open countryside created a wedding that was both timeless and relaxed. Abbie and Keiran’s day on 10th July had everything: emotion, sunshine, laughter and a proper party to end the night.
Bridal Prep at Crockwell Farm
The morning began with all the excitement you’d expect from such a close family. Abbie was surrounded by her bridesmaids and her two little ones, with her mum, dad, brother and grandad all waiting for that first look. When she finally appeared in her dress there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Meanwhile, Keiran and his groomsmen got ready in sharp black tie, the kind of look that never goes out of style.
Outdoor Ceremony at Crockwell Farm
The gardens at Crockwell Farm were the perfect setting for their outdoor ceremony. The sun was shining, guests were smiling and the atmosphere was full of warmth. Abbie’s grandad stole everyone’s hearts as ring bearer, a moment that had everyone grinning from ear to ear. Surrounded by their loved ones and their two children, Abbie and Keiran shared their vows with the rolling Northamptonshire countryside as their backdrop.
Drinks Reception
Find me a nicer place to spend an afternoon in July and I’ll find you a purple cow. With some guests seeking shade underneath the giant walnut tree and the other guests enjoying the sunshine. After a few group photos Abbie, Keiran and myself took a walk around Crockwell Farm to get those all important couple shots. Then they headed inside for some truly lovely speeches.
Golden Hour at Crockwell Farm
As evening approached the light softened and the fields surrounding Crockwell turned to gold. Abbie and Keiran took a quiet moment together, walking through the fields, taking in the view and the feeling of the day before heading back to join the fun. It was one of those scenes that sums up why weddings here always feel so special.
Party Time
Once the sun went down the party truly began. The dancefloor was never empty, drinks flowed and laughter filled the barn. A confetti cannon burst across the room during the first dance and kicked off a night of non-stop celebration. It was one of those evenings where you couldn’t help but smile behind the camera, everyone was in great spirits and having the best time.
