I’m Reality Photo + Film, run by Darren Stanbridge in Northamptonshire, UK.

We specialise in wedding and event photography and videography.

We only collect what we genuinely need to run our business and deliver your services:

Information you share through our contact forms (name, email, phone number, and wedding/event details).
Technical data from cookies and analytics (only when you consent).
Emails or messages you send directly (including WhatsApp or social media).

We use your data to:

Respond to enquiries and manage bookings.
Deliver photography and videography services.

We keep contact details only as long as needed to manage your enquiry or booking.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (usually 14 months).

Cookies expire according to their provider’s standard timeframes.
