Winter weddings bring a unique charm, and Sally and Jack’s December 28th wedding at Crockwell Farm was nothing short of enchanting. Set against the backdrop of crisp winter air and warm glowing lights, their day was the perfect blend of cosy elegance and heartfelt celebration.
A Frosty Morning & Bridal Prep
Sally’s morning began with excitement and anticipation as she got ready in one of Crockwell Farm’s beautiful rooms, surrounded by her bridesmaids and close family. The soft winter light filtering through the windows set a dreamy scene as she stepped into her elegant dress. Meanwhile, Jack and his groomsmen prepared for the big day with plenty of laughter and a few celebratory toasts to start the day off right.
A Heartwarming Ceremony
The couple exchanged vows in a beautifully decorated ceremony space at St Leonards Church, Priors Marston, with candles flickering and fairy lights twinkling overhead. The winter decor perfectly complemented the rustic barn setting, creating a romantic atmosphere. Guests were wrapped up in the heartfelt words shared, and as Sally and Jack sealed their vows with a kiss, the room erupted into applause.
Golden Hour & Dramatic Skies
One of the standout moments of the day came just before sunset. The winter sky treated us to a breathtaking golden glow, and Sophie and Jack made the most of it, stepping out for some stunning couples’ portraits. With the farm’s rolling countryside and a touch of frost on the ground, their photos encapsulated the essence of a magical winter wedding.

As the evening set in, guests were welcomed into a beautifully decorated reception space filled with twinkling lights, rustic wooden tables, and seasonal foliage. A delicious winter feast was served, followed by heartfelt speeches that had everyone laughing and shedding a tear or two.
